In preparation for the Budget Committee meeting, the 2014 Budget compared to Actual income and expenses recorded through October 31, 2014 has been uploaded.
The second item in the Financial Documents section is the new Reserve Advisors, Inc. Reserve Study. It explains how the Homeowners Association must accumulate funds to repair and/or replace all common area elements. Examples are street lights, retaining walls, and fencing. Recommendations from the study are being incorporated into the development of the 2015 and subsequent HOA budgets.
