Per the email sent on November 25, the Annual Meeting of the Members has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 9 due to a lack of a quorum on November 18. At this second meeting attempt, the members present shall constitute a quorum per our bylaws. The Zoom meeting link will be sent to you via email in advance of the meeting.
