Covenants Committee

The Covenants Committee is responsible for assisting residents in adhering to the architectural standards of our community and following community covenants as described in our Bylaws.

Before making ANY changes to the exterior of their property, residents are required to submit an Architectural Change Application to the Covenants Committee. Please consult our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the types of improvements that require an application. You can access upload your Architectural Change Request via the Chambers Management website here.

The Board of Directors appoints members to the Covenants Committee, which must consist of three (3) or more members.
