The Covenants Committee (“Committee”) meeting was called to order at 11:00 AM on May 17, 2014. Members present were: Omar Hashmi, Mark Shantz and Dipti Singh. Justin Temple represented the Rock Creek Home Owners Association (“HOA”).
The Committee reviewed the covenants contained Article Seven in the HOA bylaws.
The Committee conducted a walk through of the front and back of the neighborhood to identify potential infractions pertaining to Article Seven of the HOA bylaws.
Omar Hashmi will create a covenants checklist template based on the covenants contained in the HOA bylaws.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:30 AM. The next committee meeting will be scheduled after further deliberation between the Committee members.
